I played SC2 back in the early 90's and it made an impression on me. Recently I was getting my graphic art portfolio in order and I saw some SC2 art and tracked it back here to Deviant Art. I thought that art was awesome so I gave it a try of my own. I then became obsessed!
My favorite Civil War paint is Don Troiani and he paints specific events and not anecdotal occurrences. So I too a page out of his style and created Star Control scenes that I read about that were not in the game. I think Star Control has enough content and characters to be a 2-3 movie saga and Peter Jackson should jump on it.
